Arkema at FEICA 2019
Arkema presented its Crayvallac® range at the FEICA 2019.
The Association of the European Adhesive and Sealant Industry (FEICA) conference attracts over 600 industry leaders across the globe to discuss market drivers, innovation, sustainability and trends.
The 2019 installment took place in Dubrovnik (Croatia) from September 11th to 13th.
As a leader in rheology additives for adhesives and sealants with its Crayvallac® range, Arkema presented its latest advancements in polyamide technology for high tack adhesives. François Vettier, Product Manager for Crayvallac® additives presented the chemistry and physical properties of the polyamide technology, as well as practical examples adapted to silyl terminated polymers for high tack formulations with a newly developed polyamide product highlighting enhanced differentiation & properties.
Silyl terminated polymer technology is increasing in market share in many sectors, such as construction and transportation, in which the need for highly performant systems is increasing. Polyamide additive technology has become a market reference to achieve rheological properties in many systems. Our new polyamide Crayvallac® additive is resulting from a best-in-class innovation approach to combine higher early grab and enhanced workability to improve adhesives & sealants performance.
